Unfortunately the customer service was clouded by one of the desk people, Johnny Chenault, who was a complete xxxxxxx 2 days in a row. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. I completely avoided him the second day but when asking a simple question about my warranty my second tech said he wasn't sure and asked Johnny. Johnny mumbled something and said that was a stupid question and walked away. I have always had great service but will avoid this assclown from here on out. He is in a customer service roll... have some decency. More

I dreaded shopping for a truck, you know, the numbers game and pressure salesmen? I stopped by Sierra Chevy with two vehicle to trade in. This salesman Darnell, calmly show us the inventory answering all game and pressure salesmen? I stopped by Sierra Chevy with two vehicle to trade in. This salesman Darnell, calmly show us the inventory answering all my questions. I found one I liked so we went to the table. In 15 minutes we came to a reasonable agreement. (This is where it gets good). I continued my shopping and comparing prices across the road at another dealership.I found a truck I liked and we sat at their table. From the get go the numbers game began, inflated numbers and insulting trade in offers. It opened my eyes to the simple, fair, and transparent way Sierra did business.
