Of course they charge me a diagnostic fee. No problem .I was told if they do the work, it would be applied to the cost. Turns out the problem was the battery. So I get them to replace the battery and lo and behold I’m still charged the diagnostic fee!! And the excuse they gave was that the battery was something different and didn’t apply . So I’m still responsible for paining the diagnostic fee. I will never take my care back there for nothing and will definitely never buy another Chevy vehicle. Wish there was a rating of zero, but 1 will have to do😡 More

Just be honest upfront and don’t play games, well luckily there is other dealerships that want your business, lost a customer for life. Oh the last thing take the vehicle home for the night it has no gas so put some gas and we will reimburse you, also never happened so I actually lost money trying to purchase from them, just a ave your time and go someplace else.
