A first class experince My experience at Serra was very pleasant not what I was expecting. I had an appointment my sales person Amanda Keeton, who is a about as down to earth My experience at Serra was very pleasant not what I was expecting. I had an appointment my sales person Amanda Keeton, who is a about as down to earth,polite and will do everything possible to get you the right deal for you. 1st I hate a hard sale,2nd I hate hovering and lastly give me a moment to take in what I'm experiencing. Ms Keeton has all those qualities she spent over 6hrs with me and 4 or 5 test drives and never once did any of my 3 deal breakers. It was almost like having a friend instead of a salesperson who just happens to have all the answers. I really didn't plan on buying that day but she help guide me to exactly what I wanted for the amount I was willing to spend. I little back and forth on price and options, we had a deal. Now this the part where I usual leave and wait for the phone call to get the extra good deal but I didn't have to do that this time. I was very pleased with Ms Keeton and deal. Now I have a very nice new truck. More
