My car isn’t fixed.. I sent my car here after my front tire popped off while driving causing me to wreck. It took a month to get it back and now that I have it back, the p I sent my car here after my front tire popped off while driving causing me to wreck. It took a month to get it back and now that I have it back, the passenger side where the tire popped off still rattles when I drive it and some of my power controls don’t work. They staff did tell me I could bring it back, but I didn’t bother considering I’m sure they wouldn’t fix whatever was still wrong with my vehicle for free. More

After my 2007 Impala was deemed a total loss by my insurance, Lloyd Shaw at Serra Chevrolet was able to help me get into my beautiful Summit White Equ After my 2007 Impala was deemed a total loss by my insurance, Lloyd Shaw at Serra Chevrolet was able to help me get into my beautiful Summit White Equinox in a few hours. He was very professional, super cool to talk with and patient with me throughout the process. He looks very youthful in appearance, but don't let that fool you. The last car I purchased took a week to finalize; Lloyd had me approved and ready to drive off the lot in a few hours.
