The only place I take my car This dealership has been the only one been going to in the four years I've been in Birmingham the service is always great people are always in their b This dealership has been the only one been going to in the four years I've been in Birmingham the service is always great people are always in their best customer friendly mood I've even had a situation where the mechanics were booked and my problem was so severe that the manager up front where you walking to the service department took on attaining to my car he actually did the work on my car for me I think that is awesome to come down out of your corporate wear and work on a client's car that says a lot not only that the young lady at the service desk Tessa I probably spelled that wrong LOL but she's wonderful always helpful she treats my situations as though it's her car and for that I'm grateful she always reassures me everything will be fine and the mechanics that actually do the work you never get to really meet them you see them in passing but I just want to say I totally appreciate you guys you're like the big brothers I don't have More

Recall On Thursday, December 20 my appointment was at 1:30 hour arrive around 115. Service # 1967...young man that the Ignition switch recall paperwork. At On Thursday, December 20 my appointment was at 1:30 hour arrive around 115. Service # 1967...young man that the Ignition switch recall paperwork. At this time he proceeded to check the vehicle I explain to them the switch would not cut off here in escrow to me I need to sign off on some paperwork. I did he said will be about a hour that’s OK. about 30 minutes later I received a phone call so I can come pick up the car when I arrive to pick up the vehicle nothing was done he stated that I did not have the original key when he called me I told him I could bring him the original key I have it in my possession. He told me No.the vehicle will left in the same spot that I brought it. The battery had when dead I asked did they even do anything to it...! he said no because I have a duplicate key I say I have it. That was the my son key. Then he ( Mr Shaw) Say Because I didn’t bring the original key they couldn’t work on the vehicle. I explain the first time I had the key he said no no we can’t do anything to it now so they had to jump the vehicle off because he left to switch ON....they would not show me the paperwork that I signed or give it to me or give me the recall paper back More
