Christina Presnell showed us many different vehicles we asked about. She let us test drive one SUV 5 different times and never hassled us to buy anything. She really worked with us on negotiating the price to where I wanted. Im not an easy person to deal with, and Most people would have gave up on me. She didnt seem to have a problem one bit. Jason one of the mgrs really worked with us as well and got the payment just right for the car with the package I wanted. Mr Purdy the Fiance manager was extremely helpful and didn't try and push GAP or extend warranty like most would have. They stayed past closing to get the deal done. So we had to return to get it detailed. Took it back today on Monday to get bin it detailed, they sure did clean it up nice and new. Filed up the gas tan kn and threw in an extra spare key. More

Poor service no respect I will never recommend Serra Chevrolet to anyone. After 3 weeks of having the car they called back requesting more paperwork. Long store short you got your car back and we went somewhere else and it a better car the next day. Only salesperson that I was ok with was Tessa McGown and Mark ? He was new from Hawaii. But Starnes and Robert never ever again. When you have credit you can go anywhere and get the respect. More
Car is still doing the same thing I brought it in for Car was in shop for two weeks. Loaner wasn’t available at first then someone brought one in that went over allowed miles. They are incompetent! They brag on their " world class technicians" but are not capable of inspecting a car when it goes in for seevice. I got so sick of hearing world class technician I finally told them what was wrong with the car as far as things that happened since I bought it and of course that is everything in their notes bc they have never documented anything but bc I have had nothing but problems since it 17k miles. It is a 2017 Malibu bought new with 4 miles on it. First the transmission which the computer had to be reset, next it was the computer again which I was told could need updated periodically and it would quit when it wanted to quit and start when it wantes to start the last time it was bc of the people that changed my oil. Initially it was the wrong oil filter, then it was a faulty oil filter but when I informed them that someone from the company was coming to check get it, it changed again to the oil pan wasnt tightened.....really it took 4500 miles for the issue to start. The service manager swears there is no one above him to talk to about the issues and he is truly rude and arrogant but acxording to him hi is at at the top of the chain bc they don't have a general manager. However I found out that they have a store director by the name of Allen Merrick but I have no idea of how to get in contact with him. I called Chevy and they lean more toward the seller than the buyer. The lady I spoke to only repeated what the service manager had said and had absolutely no knowledge of the car. At this point I am going to contact the attorney General. The only thing I have ask for and my attorney said I should get w/o an issue is the warranty to start over at from 17k miles because the issues started at that time. Oh on another note, one of the texhnicians says I dont need to get the computer updated the cashier lady and service manager says I will. I travel alot during the summer and they have told me the car can quit at any time due to the computer updated More

After 6 months of back and forth, I spent a lot of money and they still can not tell me what’s wrong with my truck. I would not recommend Serra Chevrolet to anyone. HORRIBLE!!! I went to the Serra dealership for a repair on my Chev Silverado, I was told it would cost 350,00. I received a call from the dealership the same day I went to the Serra dealership for a repair on my Chev Silverado, I was told it would cost 350,00. I received a call from the dealership the same day that evening saying it was repaired, I left in my truck thinking it was fixed and it wasn’t! They wanted me to pay another diagnostic fee to find and solve the problem which wasn’t fair to me, It took me two weeks of battling back and forth with the dealership to get my truck fix. They are dishonest and liars. My overall rating of this dealership is zeros across the board. More
