Service I was very disappointed with Serra Chevrolet's service department. I am from out of town and my car broke down and had to be towed to them. It was e I was very disappointed with Serra Chevrolet's service department. I am from out of town and my car broke down and had to be towed to them. It was easy to get in touch with Tess the first time to find out about my car, but then it was impossible to get her. I finally had someone else pick up my car and bring it to Tupelo, MS where I live. I use the Blackmon Chevrolet here, I found out that everything was covered under warranty except a plug, it cost me approximately $12.00, Serra/Tess quoted me around $650 to fix it. As for my experience, I would never return to Serra Chevrolet again for any reason and would not recommend them either. More
