Completely screwed up my purchase and still not responding This dealership completely screwed up my purchase. I have numerous complaints: 1) Even though I asked, I was NOT disclosed the warranty effective This dealership completely screwed up my purchase. I have numerous complaints: 1) Even though I asked, I was NOT disclosed the warranty effective date on my "new" vehicle purchase. Even though I asked for it many times. 3 weeks after the sale (and only after repeated requests), I was finally provided with the warranty info and it became apparent as to why it was NOT disclosed to me up front. My purchase date was 5/30/2020 and the effective warranty date is 4/30/2019...a full 13 months before my new vehicle purchase. This is completely unacceptable. I also brought this up to Dave Clements and have NOT received a response. 2) After the vehicle was delivered to me, it was discovered that the repair work related to the master cylinder replacement was not completed properly and I had to leave the vehicle at another Chevrolet dealership for 4 more days to have them clean up after the shoddy repair done at Serra Chevrolet in Birmingham 3) It's now July 3rd, 2020...a full 33 days since my bill of sale date...and I still do NOT have my tag & registration. This is despite paying a $699 clerical fee to the dealership. For that large amount I expect this to be handled professionally and in a timely manner. Furthermore, I was NOT given a temporary tag and the state of TN REQUIRES vehicle registration inside of 30 days of the bill of sale. So I am technically driving around in a vehicle with no tag and am being forced to break the law due to failures by the dealership. I am incredibly frustrated and I'm not getting responses. More

The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because I was never called back to complete my warranty repair. My AC Compressor is leaking on my 2018 Corvette.
