The worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I brought my car in needed a minor fix and ended up needed an engine. They messed my car up. Asked them to check breaks before taking ownership of the car, said they did, but they lied. Issue persisted and I took it to firestone where I found I needed a wheel lock key that wasn't included in the car car, said they did, but they lied. Calling Serra I was told to call a Hyundai dealer and Serra Kia where the car came from to figure it out(why is this my problem?). After talking to the Serra Chevy and Kia service departments, there's no way they checked my breaks without the wheel lock key. So they lied... Salesman told me to come in this past Saturday, and I'd get my wheel lock key and have my breaks fixed. NOPE no key, weren't expecting me there. Follow the salesman to the KIA dealer for some reason, not sure why I had to go...nothing came of it anyways, just told that I can come in Monday morning and everything will be taken care of and can have a loaner car. Saturday morning wasted. Get there Monday morning NOPE. No key, no loaner, a manager gives me a story about why they don't do loaner cars because a dude died in one and the dealer got sued. Jeez that sucks man but I was told I'd get a loaner car so.... And after I voice my frustration with this nonsense this guy says "sorry you feel that way." Sorry I felt that way? Y'all screwed up and take no accountability. Sales blames managers and managers blame sales. Gave me loaner car but xxxx what a hassle. Service wasn't a part of the issue, felt bad for them being caught in the middle. I'm these xxxx ups don't happen all the time and obviously customers have had good experiences here. But mine was pretty lame, and I don't see myself coming here for anything again. More
