Caught them lying about fixing my breaks...on a car i bought from them....An issue that I asked to be addressed before I bought the car. They said the breaks were fine AFTER I signed the papers. My mista bought from them....An issue that I asked to be addressed before I bought the car. They said the breaks were fine AFTER I signed the papers. My mistake. I shouldn't have trusted them i guess? I took it to 2 other shops and they said they needed replacement. They tried telling me nothing is wrong and Robert the used car sales manager pointed in my face saying NO YOU LIED(referring to a Google review) like a dang child. Im out 450 to fix my own breaks. And its not even worth it to take them to small claims. I'll file a complaint with the BBB and leave it there. Don't expect them to do the right thing if it means it will cost them, they blame eachother for there personal screw-ups, can't keep stories straight. Used car salesman vibes type all the way. More
