It was ok when I walked in. They didn’t allow me to pick a car, they pulled cars out for me, ok fine. I saw one that I thought I liked. I started the paperwork, but didn't finish it because I wasn't completely sold on the car. They let me drive it home, as a loaner, stating that I could bring it back if I didnt like it and I did. I didn’t like how the car handled for safety reasons, I'm a single mom of two, safety is important. I returned the car and asked about another car on the lot. They showed me the car and the note was out of my budget. I asked if we could look at something else because I like Chervolet and wanted to purchase from them. I was told that there was nothing else and that was the best deal, I stated that I would like my money back and would give them their car back. The sales manager yelled and hit the desk after I explained my reasons and insisted that that would be the best car for me because no one else would sale to me. I attempted to talk to him and he just walked away. The finance manager was very understanding and gladly gave me my car and money back. I'VE NEVER been in that type of situation before and I've purchased several cars over the years.
