I initially came for an oil change. The service guys could not remove the filter cap (said it was too tight). I appreciate them letting me know rather than breaking something on the vehicle. No problem, I left went back to the company that changed it previously. Second trip, looking for bolts for the truck, again, could not get help. Did not have the bolts needed, however, they sent me to another dealer to get it. So, as of now, I have never used you all for anything. I hope that when I do come for the oil change my trip will be worth the five stars.
