The customer service at the Serra Chevy was AMAZING. Just when we were about to leave after being given the best customer service to try and fit all of our needs in a car, the general manager made it out of when we were about to leave after being given the best customer service to try and fit all of our needs in a car, the general manager made it out of his way to find a car that fit perfectly to our request. Little be known that that car ended up being the car of choice. They went out of their way to meet the service requests we had prior to purchasing. The salesmen were very friendly and not overbearing like you typically see at a dealership. They knew that we were very tight on what we could look at and buy, and they found a way to work with us and fit our needs! I would definitely recommend Serra Chevrolet!! More

Awesome and amazing service Vicki Edwards one of the top saleswomen went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. The entire team from the compliance officer Jackie Grant as well as the own saleswomen went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. The entire team from the compliance officer Jackie Grant as well as the owner and the finance manager. These special people took their time to satisfy a customer in need. I was dealing with a really unique situation but in the end they made things happen. This is the most honest caring car dealership that I've come across. These people really treat you like one of the family and their goal is to make you happy not just to sell cars!!
