Everything went smooth it just took hours to do. Once the financing was completed I was out of there. I bought a 2015 Kia Optima from Serra Chevrolet, paid nine payments at Wells Fargo bank. I put 6000.00$ in the car. I received a letter from Wells Fargo saying they sold the loan back to Serra Chevrolet nine payments at Wells Fargo bank. I put 6000.00$ in the car. I received a letter from Wells Fargo saying they sold the loan back to Serra Chevrolet because they did not produce a title to the car. After six phone calls an messages to Serra Chevrolet I talked to the GM and he told me to bring the car back and he would do what it took to make things right. Before I could get it back to Serra Chevrolet that was 88 miles from my home, the car stopped running on side of the road going to work and I had to have it towed to Serra Chevrolet in Birmingham Alabama. The car had more problems like using a quart of oil every three weeks, I had to put a fuel pump on the car. When I bought the car the rear tire had to be pumped up that I had to replace later. The car also had recalls that Serra Chevrolet did not do anything about or inform me about. So I go to Serra Chevrolet hoping the GM would keep his word, I’ll do what it takes to make things right, but this never happened. When I left Serra Chevrolet I was in a older car with more miles and a larger car payment. Now you tell me, did the GM “CLIM” keep his word? ONE MORE THING they put this same car,two days on car lot for sale. More
