This dealership sucks they have the worst customer service i have ever experience i will not be coming back. I came for a simple oil change and waited almost 3/4 hours with a appointment at 10am. Afte service i have ever experience i will not be coming back. I came for a simple oil change and waited almost 3/4 hours with a appointment at 10am. After finally leaving my car was smoking after driving down the street. The service manager Johnathan tried to give me the run around because of my age and only wanted to talk to my mother who didn’t even own the car. They also said they only have one person who does oil changes???? On a separate occasion we got approved for a 2023 suv and then they decided to threaten us verbally because they didn’t do the financing correctly. Vicki personally texted us and said she would take the car from us if we didn’t respond to her after only a day of her trying to contact us. When for over a month we had been trying to get in contact with the financing company. Vicki needs to be fired and replace she is unprofessional and rude. BUT CHRIS PARKER IS AMAZING!!!!!! He is the only person who reached out to us when we tried to contact them for over a month. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! More

Made an appointment for a scheduled service and after waiting 45 minutes, my truck was still sitting in the same spot I’d left it. I was among a group of 6 other customers and in that 45 minutes, not a s waiting 45 minutes, my truck was still sitting in the same spot I’d left it.
