I just wish I had never bought my truck from this dealership. I've tried for six months to get the suspension problem fixed with zero results. I went in last month and had oil changed and tires rot dealership. I've tried for six months to get the suspension problem fixed with zero results. I went in last month and had oil changed and tires rotated and was told that it probably just needs some greece. So they had the truck on the lift, had the tires off, and didn't take the time to even put greece on what ever is making the noise on my 2022 Colorado? This is just xxxxxxxxx! I'm still riding around in a brand new truck that sounds like it's 20 years old. Keep in mind, I'm only complaining about the service department. I am trying to decide now if I should just pay out of pocket and have my brand new truck serviced at another dealership or keep playing their game. They also will not honor the service coupons offered by GM. More
The sales consultant guy Kris was pretty great. He was just selling a car & had decent knowledge of the car I bought. The financing department was horrible. I was financing through my own bank & gave them the email/info for my bank so they could email everything. After 2 hours of waiting, I threatened to leave cause that's just ridiculous. Turns out the finance guy put the wrong email for my bank even tho I wrote it down for them. The guy was extremely rude as if it was my fault he made a mistake. No one ever tried to correct the mistake either. I had to go to my bank & ask them to contact Serra Chevrolet. Serra wouldn't reply to their emails so I had to call them & basically make them reply. Finance department didn't give me a bill of sale or title application, just an empty envelope that said "Serra Chevrolet" on the front. The sales consultant included a spare tire in the deal so that was nice. But finance department just terrible. Just the absolute worst. More

Horrible experience. The service writer didn’t know his butt from a hole in the ground. My truck was in for its first service which includes; oil and filter change, tire rotation and top off all fluids. They only changed the oil. Service writer blamed it on the service technician. The manager told me that the service writer entered it incorrectly as just an oil change. Bottom line is I was lied to and didn’t receive services requested. Yes I made myself clear upon arrival as to why I was there and what was supposed to be done! More
