They wasted my time and don't fix my issue with my vehicle. I waited 3 hrs. And my heated seats still don't work . They sold me a Tahoe with the wiper dispenser not working. They said that I had to pa vehicle. I waited 3 hrs. And my heated seats still don't work . They sold me a Tahoe with the wiper dispenser not working. They said that I had to paid out off pocket because warranty expire. They should had caught it when they did the 1st oil change. It was a brand new car. More

My experience at Serra Chevrolet was 1st class all the way when I brought my truck in for repair. Tess in Service was amazingly efficient and made the entire process smooth. Trevor got me to and from work with ease. I ran in to a guy, Blake Whisenhunt, that I previously purchased a vehicle from and he was fantastic at showing me some of the inventory and I’m now gonna be purchasing my wife’s next vehicle in the next few months from Serra because of the experience I had with him and the rest of the staff. You shouldn’t hesitate to do business here. They will get all my service and maintenance work, as well as my business on new vehicles. Top notch crew. More
