I scheduled an appointment through the chevrolet app to have my 7500 mile service completed and have the chips for my heated seats installed. I live about 30 minutes away from this dealership so when i saw a Saturday appointment open i took it. I arrive for my scheduled appointment to be told that all that was available was oil change techs. I know that you all see the schedule and what each appointment was for. The intake technician says this happens all the time. Why isnt anyone taking time to call customers when an appointment is scheduled for service and no one is available to perform said service, if this is an ongoing issue?

I brought my car in march, it wasn’t until 7 months later I was told the part they needed was out of stock and I would have to pay 1000 dollars in lot fees when I should have been told within 2 weeks a month More
