William was very accommodating and professional. VERY personable and a pleasure to work with. We were at the dealership for roughly 5 hours due to the car needing a full detail. And Kassan made sure I understood everything about the financing, and all of the contracts - he's not going to steer you in the wrong direction. Ask Kassan about corvettes and tall people. Lastly, Vickie (may have spelled that wrong) is one of the nicest, quick-witted people I've ever met -- she loves to hear people say War Eagle! Really though, she’s an Alabama fan - don’t hold that against her - they are adjusting to this new non-playoff world, and may need some time. No lie, one of the best experiences of my life. Terrible service, I took my truck to them to get it the problem diagnosed. Didn’t hear from them for over 3 weeks. Once I reached out to them they told me it was ready for pick up and the issue was covered problem diagnosed. Didn’t hear from them for over 3 weeks.
