I had my vehicle towed to their location for a diagnostic to see what was going on what keep making it not crank what keep killing the battery what keeps short circuit the battery what's going on with the w to see what was going on what keep making it not crank what keep killing the battery what keeps short circuit the battery what's going on with the whole entire car now the transmission needs work as well still don't know why it's not cranking but I'm fixing a transmission don't know what's going on to this day and have paid out of pocket at this dealer hundreds of dollars already whenever you pay for a diagnostic whatever the problem is and you are the owner being the dealer should be able to tell the customer something why is it not cranking what the problems could be also why all of a sudden the transmission is no longer working and it was doing fine the only problem was trying to crank it but finding out everything that I had no problems with instead and still don't know what's going on with the cranking More
