I really don't know all what they do broke on my car cuz she said he wasn't a very good mechanic and he was new and like I said I don't know what's wrong with Vicky she was very disrespectful and sent me te she said he wasn't a very good mechanic and he was new and like I said I don't know what's wrong with Vicky she was very disrespectful and sent me text messages with every letter in capital about my car after she said it was fixing it wasn't even fixed and she still hadn't contact me about my seat yet that she said it was super good on like my truck came from the factory with a super glue seat said price of my truck was $9,000 when I got that it was 15,000 it's no way I needed manifolds I had no he had to crack my manifold manifolds are either he broke a screw it and she said she put on the power steering pump in the power steering pump that's on there it's the same power steering pump that I had and she charged me for one and really it wasn't too much wrong with my truck for the simple fact when I got my truck out the shop I had to put an alternator on cuz my transmission was still acting crazy and whining and stuff and when I put the alternator on it start back running decent so I don't even know if they put a transmission in a new transmission or not I really don't know what he did to my truck also I asked cuz I speak to somebody overheard and she said it was nobody over her like she was the manager and then so when I called to speak to the manager and left my number he never even contact me back about my seat of my truck or nothing you know it's just kind of strange and also I actually do they treat everybody like this and she said no just you More

Bought car at branch of Serra, vestavia auto, as is no warranty, car stopped less than 100 miles from dealership. Took car back to dealer to check. No follow up calls at all even after messages left. Serra Chevrolet dealership does not stand behind there used vehicles even after you buy the extended warranty it doesn’t cover much . They want to pass the buck . We now have a broken down car with less t used vehicles even after you buy the extended warranty it doesn’t cover much . They want to pass the buck . We now have a broken down car with less than a year of service and they pretty much said that’s our problem. I wouldn’t buy a tricycle from that place and that’s my humble opinion. Very sad !!!!!!!
