Great experience at Serra Chevrolet. I love my new car! I knew what car I wanted and from walking onto the lot to signing the final paperwork took only about two hours. Every staff member treated me with courtesy and respect—no games or high-pressure sales tactics. Each aspect of the purchase, from the financials to the vehicle’s Carfax history, was made transparent. Extra care was taken in getting the car prepped for delivery. Service writer and service manager were courteous and corrected my problem. However, the technician that change out the tire overinflated the tire and over tightened the lug nuts which required a cheater corrected my problem. However, the technician that change out the tire overinflated the tire and over tightened the lug nuts which required a cheater bar to get them loose. I wasn’t able to loosen the lug nuts with the lug wrench provided if I would have had a flat. More
