Buff Whelan used to be my home dealer. I've 4 vehicles from there. I moved 30-40 minutes north but still work not too far from there so I continued to go to Buff. During the pandemic they started using appointments for oil changes which I understand because all other dealers were also doing that but because Buff is so popular they were scheduling out like a month. A Chevy dealer 15 minutes from my house was scheduling no more than a week. I switched over to that dealer but was never happy about it. Recently I thought let's give Buff another shot and they were scheduling next day appointments. After about 1.5-2 years I returned to Buff. I wasn't crazy that it took 1.5 hours but other than that everything else was great. More
