Fixed my daughters control arm on her 2016 jeep patriot under warranty and the wheel fell of a week later. These crooks say it's not there fault because it was a stripped bolt that they had to remove and r under warranty and the wheel fell of a week later. At the Dealership Level, from Service Advisor to Executive Manager, the Dealership performed at 6 STARS. The Dealership was hampered by the lack of support from Chevrolet and GM on getting the requ Executive Manager, the Dealership performed at 6 STARS. The Dealership was hampered by the lack of support from Chevrolet and GM on getting the required parts sooner than the 2-month delay I experienced without a vehicle. The Dealership was able to obtain a temporary rental for 10 days due to my purchase of an extended warrantee -- yet Chevrolet and GM were not able to cover the other days I was making payments on a vehicle I COULD NOT DRIVE. The Dealership - again from Service Advisor to Executive Manager - went above and beyond to make an uncomfortable situation more tolerable. They kept me up on the status of the needed parts, and were willing to listen to my concerns. GM and Chevrolet Customer Care were for the most part players of a broken record -- "we have no status to share, and no support to offer other than continuing to monitor." Monitoring did not seem to add any Value to the experience other than words. I remain a Satisfied Customer of Serra Whelan, in spite of GM and Chevrolet's involvement (or lack of). More
