Went to have an abs module replaced. Kelton- the customer service representative was the only aspect of the entire experience that I would give 5 stars as he is always excellent to work Kelton- the customer service representative was the only aspect of the entire experience that I would give 5 stars as he is always excellent to work with. Not so much for the other customer service representatives . The tech was successful in diagnosing the issue but when attempting to install and program the part, he attempted to program without installing, thus being unsuccessful with the programming. Instead, they charged me nearly $200 for a diagnostic fee. I ordered a second part and was advised that part was bad also. I picked up the car and with the same part I was told was bad, and went to a smaller mechanic shop and within two hours they installed the part and successfully programmed. I was shocked that a dealer could not program a part on a vehicle. More

A couple of things you should be aware of. First, I took my 2022 Telluride in for service. Everything was efficient and great. You had to order a part for the seat and let me know that it would take a few days to arrive and you would give me a call so that I could bring it back in. After a while, I called to check on it. The part had arrived and I scheduled another service and it was taken care of. The thing to note was that there was a failure in the follow up that was said would happen. Second, all of the work performed was recall/warranty. When I got home after picking up the car I checked the mail only to find another recall that needs to be performed. I don't know how your systems work, but it would have been nice if the dealership had checked to see if anything needed to done. Now I have to schedule another time to take care of the new issue. More
