The personnel are always friendly and courteous, but I was disappointed in the handling of an issue with my trim on my Kia. It is fading horribly and I was told it wasn’t covered by warranty do to mileage was disappointed in the handling of an issue with my trim on my Kia. It is fading horribly and I was told it wasn’t covered by warranty do to mileage. I contacted Kia directly and they were told by the dealership that it was outside factors causing the fade, which isn’t true because I am not the only one having this issue. If Kia doesn’t cover it that’s fine but don’t give two different reasons for it not being replaced without me having to pay 100% of the replacement cost. I do believe this should be a recall from Kia at this point. Serra is always great to work with. I will continue to use their services. More

Communication was horrible. I had to keep calling back to find out when parts were received. Kept getting the run around about my appointment and that I had never set one up. Took almost 3 months to get retro fit parts added after I received the letters from GM. Not very impressive, wouldn’t recommend the service dept! More
