Ken was just a pleasure to work with. Just to give you an example of the service you can expect when you have Mr. Hayes for a salesman, a couple of days after the sale, I accidentally called Mr. Hayes cell phone, to my surprise he answered, he knew who I was and wanted to make sure everything was okay with the purchase. I told him yes and that I had accidentally called him. I felt bad because it was even his day off, but I was so impressed that he answered the call on his day off, and after the sale. He was genuinely concerned that I might have a problem and he was ready to help if I did. Service like that makes me know that I bought from the right place and is also why I can honestly recommend this dealership and this salesman! More
