Great People = Great Dealership = Great Customer Experience Over the years I have purchased numerous cars and trucks from (Tom Bannen & Earl Dunn) which are both now doing business under the Serra name. I can assure you they follow the same values as both Mr. Bannen & Mr. Dunn did during their years in the car business which is standing behind the product after the sale! To me true customer service doesn't end when the paperwork is signed......it continues after the sale - the folks at Serra believe that also! Go see Rob Hardy because he is a True Professional!!! Average experience I had an oil change just as the dealership was transferred to Serra. I went in for an oil change. They wanted me to add the injector cleaning service, but declined. When I got my car back, the pressure senor monitor warning was on. I re-learned the tires myself, but noticed that the air filter was going to need attention soon, so since i already had one, I thought I would change it myself. Then I discovered that one of the clip that holds the cover was snapped off. Then I got a letter in the mail how they were looking for used Camaros to sell and that I could come in and they would adjust the price on the paper. That was more than I wanted so I do not believe I will return. Now that the car has been recalled for a new key, I believe that I will get that from another dealership. More
I completed my vehicle search on-line and received immediate reply and contact from Riley Groves regarding availability and to schedule a test drive. Riley and the car were ready when my husband and I arrived for the appointment, he answered all our questions...even brought in a Service Technician to explain a feature of the car. Negotiations on the final price of the vehicle were drama-free and we quickly settled on a fair price. Melissa in finance was a pleasure and found us a fantastic rate. Everyone we worked with were friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to shop at Serra Chevrolet and we will recommend their services and Riley Groves to our friends and associates. More

This is my explanation for why I gave Tom Bannen Chevrolet a very bad rating.On Saturday, 9/14/2013, I drove through the Tom Bannen lot and saw a demo model I was interested in. I wrote the stock nu Chevrolet a very bad rating.On Saturday, 9/14/2013, I drove through the Tom Bannen lot and saw a demo model I was interested in. I wrote the stock number down and came to the sales office. It was probably 5:45 pm, when I entered and the salesperson asked if he could help us. We gave the stock number. He looked it up and quoted a price. He had the appraisal done on our trade in. After this he came back and told us our trade in value, then quoted a higher price for the demo. I told him, it was not the original quote, so he went back to talk to someone and comes back with the original quote, but now my trade in value was written down at a lower value and I asked him about that. He pointed to the figure on the paper and stated in an annoyed tone "THIS is your trade in value" It seemed he was annoyed from the beginning, because we were coming so close to closing time. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RECEIVED! More

I had a great experience dealing with Tom Bannen in the past, so it was no surprise that Ken Hayes went out of his way to find the exact truck we wanted. He was tireless and persistent (and patient) and m past, so it was no surprise that Ken Hayes went out of his way to find the exact truck we wanted. He was tireless and persistent (and patient) and made our wish list complete-even though it meant finding the truck in another state. Ed Zehnder, the service department manager, helped us get additional options installed that we requested, and Mike Young found us an incredibly low finance rate. We will definitely recommend Tom Bannen to our friends! More
