This dealership has received some negative reviews, so I thought it was only fair that I share my positive experience with Tom Bannen Chevrolet. Back in January, my wife was in search of a new 2012 Camar thought it was only fair that I share my positive experience with Tom Bannen Chevrolet. Back in January, my wife was in search of a new 2012 Camaro with Crystal Red Tintcoat paint, but that paint color wasn't being made available on Camaro's at that time. We decided to go to Tom Bannen and see about ordering a Camaro with the color and options we wanted on the car. When we arrived, we were introduced to salesman Steve McFarland. Steve was very honest, friendly, and professional. He allowed my wife and I to test drive several Camaro's before we found the model we liked. Steve was very helpful in ordering the vehicle for us from the factory since we wanted the Crystal Red paint option. At no time did we ever feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. Steve stayed in frequent contact with us and kept us updated on our order status. When the vehicle arrived 6 weeks later, Steve made sure the vehicle had a thorough pre-delivery inspection performed on it. Not only did Steve make sure the car was "cleaned to the max", he even gave us a FULL tank of gas, which is unusual from my 30 yrs of car buying experience. I can't say enough positive things about Steve McFarland. He is by far, one of the best car salesman that I have ever done business with. I also want to say that Jeff Boyd (service advisor) and Ed Zehnder (service manager) have always been very honest, friendly and professional when I have taken any of my Chevy vehicles to their service department over the past 7 years. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicles were serviced to my satisfaction. I would recommend Tom Bannen Chevrolet and especially salesman Steve McFarland to anyone looking for a new or used Chevrolet. More
I had the worst experience that I have ever had in my life at the Service Department!! I will never do business with this Dealership again!! I would have also given no stars if that was an option. Not only did they not fix my car, which is brand new!! They broke it even worse than before, and didn't bother to tell me!! I had to discover it when I picked up my car!! Then when asked the Service Advisor, he was like "Oh, yes... well we had to order parts" THEN he turned his back on me while I was still standing there!! I have never been so rudely discarded in my life!! We are filing complaints with the BBB as well as GM. There are too many dealerships out there to deal with one that really doesn't care about the service they provide. Don't walk, but run away from this Dealership!!! More
