We were greeted by a salesman, Jeff McCarty, and we asked him to give us a few minutes. He returned and we asked some questions and he got all the info we needed and got us a great price on our trade-in and him to give us a few minutes. I would like to share my service experience with you. My Tahoe was experienceing some service issues and i had been to two other dealerships and gotten prices for repairs in the $1000.00 price range. I had heard good things from a friend about Tom Banne service so i said what the hey i will give them a shot.I arrived at the dealership with no appointment i was greated by Greg Mcneil he asked if he could help me. I was expecting to hear the same old story but i was wrong he was more than helpful and explained if i would give him a chance he would help me.I checked in and in less than 45 minutes he came to me with a esitmate for my repairs. it was $475 dollars less than previous repairs and he could have it fixed that day.Greg was very well informed on what the repair was and very understanding of my situation. I will reccomend your dealership and Greg to everyone i come in contact with.I work in customer service and it is very good to know that people like Greg still are out there. More
