I drive a 2003 GMC Yukon that just reached 100k miles. I had been informed by Greg McNeil in the service department that I was due for my 100k scheduled maintenance. Greg was very knowledgeable about my truck as he stated that is what he and his wife have driven for years, so i trusted what he was telling me. However I wanted to do my own research, not only was he dead on about everything he had also priced the service well below what his competitor's were telling me. After a couple weeks of research I decided to call Greg back and schedule an appointment. I was delighted to know he remembered me he also provided me with a rental car for the day so I didn't even have to miss a beat. When I picked my vehicle up it was completely washed inside and out, he greated me as I came in and went over everything that had done to my Yukon. I know and will forever be a Bannen customer for all my service needs thanks to Mr. McNeil. More
I would like to share my service experience with you. My Tahoe was experienceing some service issues and i had been to two other dealerships and gotten prices for repairs in the $1000.00 price range. I had heard good things from a friend about Tom Banne service so i said what the hey i will give them a shot.I arrived at the dealership with no appointment i was greated by Greg Mcneil he asked if he could help me. I was expecting to hear the same old story but i was wrong he was more than helpful and explained if i would give him a chance he would help me.I checked in and in less than 45 minutes he came to me with a esitmate for my repairs. it was $475 dollars less than previous repairs and he could have it fixed that day.Greg was very well informed on what the repair was and very understanding of my situation. I will reccomend your dealership and Greg to everyone i come in contact with.I work in customer service and it is very good to know that people like Greg still are out there. More

The team at Tom Bannon was excellent! We felt right at home and were treated with the upmost respect. We had been to several dealers searching for a new SUV but they were the most respectful staff and did home and were treated with the upmost respect. We had been to several dealers searching for a new SUV but they were the most respectful staff and did not push us to buy their SUVs. It was a pleasure purchasing an SUV from Tom Bannon and we will return again for future purchases. Since our purchase in Dec 2011, I have been to the dealer 3 times for service (oil changes) and the staff after the sale is just as pleasant as the sales team. Great job Tom Bannon! More
I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Tahoe from Matt Sparks and so far we love the vehicle. Matt was very nice and helpful throughout the entire experience. There were two special gentlemen that played a huge role with helping me to reach my goal. The first one is Mike Gunn. He was the one that sent me all of the necessary information through email on choices of selections of cars as well as helping me to get started with the pre-qualifying first. I really appreciate him, because he would always follow back up to make sure that everything was going well. Then next, he introduced me to salesman Roger Grigsby, who is absolutely the best salesman ever. I like the fact that he took the time to help me decide exactly what I was looking for in a car, as far as the total package, as well as making sure that I stayed in the budget too! Mike Gunn and Roger Grigsby are great, and I think that they both are great assets to the Tom Bannen Team. So if you are in the market for purchasing/leasing a new or used car, I certainly recommend Tom Bannen Dealership!!!!
