We were greeted by a salesman, Jeff McCarty, and we asked him to give us a few minutes. He returned and we asked some questions and he got all the info we needed and got us a great price on our trade-in and him to give us a few minutes. He assisted me after the purchase with setting up my bluetooth and showed me the options the truck came with. Also told me he would help me program my music player. The finance guy, Mike Young, really helped us to understand our options and helped us make the best decision for us. Very pleased with the overall service we received all around. More

I would like to share my service experience with you. My Tahoe was experienceing some service issues and i had been to two other dealerships and gotten prices for repairs in the $1000.00 price range. I had heard good things from a friend about Tom Banne service so i said what the hey i will give them a shot.I arrived at the dealership with no appointment i was greated by Greg Mcneil he asked if he could help me. I was expecting to hear the same old story but i was wrong he was more than helpful and explained if i would give him a chance he would help me.I checked in and in less than 45 minutes he came to me with a esitmate for my repairs. it was $475 dollars less than previous repairs and he could have it fixed that day.Greg was very well informed on what the repair was and very understanding of my situation. I will reccomend your dealership and Greg to everyone i come in contact with.I work in customer service and it is very good to know that people like Greg still are out there. More

The team at Tom Bannon was excellent! We felt right at home and were treated with the upmost respect. We had been to several dealers searching for a new SUV but they were the most respectful staff and did home and were treated with the upmost respect. We had been to several dealers searching for a new SUV but they were the most respectful staff and did not push us to buy their SUVs. It was a pleasure purchasing an SUV from Tom Bannon and we will return again for future purchases. Since our purchase in Dec 2011, I have been to the dealer 3 times for service (oil changes) and the staff after the sale is just as pleasant as the sales team. Great job Tom Bannon! More
