I went in on October 26 to look for a truck. I had met Jovan Jackson about a month or two earlier while looking . Let’s hope the actual work they did is better than the customer service at this dealership. Drew in the service department is extremely unprofessional; the typical “car man” that wants to man-splain every customer service at this dealership. Very condescending and altogether unpleasant. Also, if you get your car towed in, good luck getting it looked at sooner than 2-3 weeks. And that’s before any work even gets done. The cherry on top of the entire experience was being snapped at and pointed off by the rude front desk guy when we walked in to get the keys after the cashier explicitly said she would leave the keys with him. This entire dealership needs an in-service on customer service and should remember that customers are the ones that keep them in business. Will not be back here ever. Do yourself a favor and keep shopping before choosing this shop. More

I have been going to Serra for over 12 years and I have been overcharged for years. Dont use this dealership. I will not be coming back. We are retracting our 2 negative reviews from April 2022 in regard to the leaking windshield on the Equinox.
