First of all, I would like to say that this was the 1st vehicle that my wife and I have ever purchased, together. We had a 2004 Saturn Ion that needed replaced and we starting looking at vehicles. To our surprse we had the privilege and honor to be blessed with such a caring, compassionate, professionally assertive, and all-around great person, Melissa Bozeman. She kept in close contact from day 1 and would communicate on a routine basis with my wife. We had our decision narrowed down to 2 vehicles, which were neck and neck per Consumer Reports/KBB reviews and consumer ratings - a 2013 KIA Sorento AND 2012 GMC Terrain. Based on this review, you can clearly see that we decided on the 2012 GMC Terrain. I would say that we are ecstatic with our purchase and thanks to Mike (and his shopping abilities) we got the best rate possible, at an amount that we agreed to pay, with an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty. Bottom line is we made it tough on the team (and probably made Melissa frustrated to no end), but she stuck alongside us and nurtured us in to making the 2nd biggest decision my wife and I have ever made as a married couple. We look forward to being a part of the Tom Bannen family and anticipate it being reciprocated on their end as well. We are confident with the choice we made, and trust me, it was a labor -intesive, exhausting (long nights away from home)-as we were looking at other dealerships and making comparisons, but Melissa stayed after us and pursued us a customer and that is the way it should be folks. I would higly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Tom Bannen (specifically from Melissa Bozeman), b/c you will be joining a family, purchasing a product/service (and not just a "something", if you will), Plus reaping the benefits of your new vehicle. I want to personally thank Melissa, Craig, and Mike Cancel for making this process (once we decided to purchase and proceed with the closure of the deal) for making our "American Dream" come true. We have been so blessed and fortunate and hopefully we will have an opportunity to pay it forward someday. More

Mark is the Casanova of car sales. He knew exactly what my family needed and what would meet all our needs at a price we could afford. He was so helpful & friendly- had the patience of a saint & answered my family needed and what would meet all our needs at a price we could afford. He was so helpful & friendly- had the patience of a saint & answered all our questions as many times as we needed to make us all feel comfortable with our purchase. My father was actually buying the car for me and he is deaf and reads lips. Mark took the extra time needed to speak slowly & clearly so he could understand and we all felt comfortable. Even when my toddler passed gas in the office Mark was understanding & made us all comfortable explaining he too is a father & totally understood kids. The fact that Mark was so down to earth, friendly, helpful & understanding --- he is a real person and made us feel important & worth his time and this is why I gave him 5 ratings- bc he earned them as I'm sure my group was not an easy group but you would have never known by watching Mark. He is a good man & great salesman. It was a wonderful experience & I will never buy from anyone else! More

Now with that said let me tell you about a company and it's people that make it the best experience it can be. I started buying bars from Tom Bannen back in 2004. Since then I personally have bought 3 cars from there. My sister has bought 2, my brother bought 1, and my Mother has purchased two more. I have sent three friends there who have bought cars and even my In-laws bought an Equinox. Now all these cars weren't bought because I told them how great it was to do business there. That's what got them in the door, but after that the dealership made all the deals because they are very good at what they do. My Mother dealt with Shane and he was very nice to Mother and for that I am grateful. She was there during a hard time. After losing my Father after a long battle with M.S. she got rid of her Van that she had needed for transporting my Dad and his wheelchair. It was actually very hard for her to get rid of that van because of the memories tied to it. Shane understood how hard it was and was sincerely caring during the process. Now I have to say that the main reason I keep coming back to Tom Bannen and telling everyone about it is because of Kevin Leyk. I have dealt with him every time I have walked in the door. He is by far the best person I have done business with. I have argued, walked out, laughed and done just about everything I can think of to get the best price I can and he has always been fair. I seriously can't say enough good about this guy. My family also uses the service center to take care of our vehicles. They have always been quick and efficient. I like having everything done at one place cause they will always take care of you. It's nice to go in and the technician actually know your name. Well, that's my review of Tom Bannen. If your even halfway thinking about buying a vehicle then seriously give this place a chance. Go in and ask for Kevin and tell him Chris sent you. I can guarantee you will be happy you did. He was so friendly, I almost forgot he was selling us a product and felt as though I was just having casual conversation with an old acquaintance. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the features in the vehicles and even offered financial advice where appropriate. After we decided on a vehicle he remained persistent in his efforts to ensure we felt comfortable with our decision and even checked in with us after we had the car about a week to see if we were still satisfied! I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him and would highly recommend him to anyone who is car shopping!! More

It is employees like Chris Thomason that keep return customers. Chris was assisting another customer when I drove onto the Tom Bannen car lot. While waiting on financial approval, Chris stopped by to make sure that I was being helped by the other associate. He continued to answer my questions about the vehicle that I chose to purchase. It impressedme that Chris took the time to write the name/ph# of a reasonably priced window tint specialist and tow hitch installer when I mentioned interest in those options. Chris, Harvey, and all of the Tom Bannen staff gained my trust with their knowledge and patience. More
