We scheduled our appointment two weeks in advance so we could make sure we told our clients we were limited that day. We dropped it off at 8 am and expressed we needed it back by the end of the day. At 3:45 pm we called to see the progress, only to be told it hasn’t been looked at and they’ll get to it tomorrow. We went back and picked it up without service being provided. There were people we couldn’t take to addiction treatment services because our vehicle was sitting at Bill Marsh GMC all day. It’s not fair of me to have high expectations but a call to switch days or even say “we don’t want to look at it” or “we don’t know how” would have saved a lot of valuable time. Very disappointed. I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon for advise about what I should do. I had an appointment on Monday for an oil change and tire rotation but found out I needed to go out of town on Saturday and my perc what I should do. I figured they would top my oil off or change my oil and have me come back for the tire rotation. Jaron Larson my service advisor checked his schedule and said they would be able to do both right now. I was so relieved. I've always had better than expected service from this dealership. More
Derek scheduled the work to be done on my 2012 GMC Acadia and I was able to get in relatively quickly. Corey took care of the work as determined and fixed the Power Steering issue and checked and fixed brak and I was able to get in relatively quickly.
