On the contrary, he was methodical and organized in entire selling process right from gathering information about my requirements, evaluating my needs, showing me couple of vehicles befitting my price range. Honda BWW dealership does not believe in haggling as they ensure their new or preowned vehicles are priced appropriately vs. keeping a huge buffer and trimming couple of hundred dollars. Steve was very knowledgeable on all Honda models and also on competitive vehicles across multiple segment and trim levels.
