During one of my visits with a previous BMW I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner Ben Quattrone. He is a great guy and made it a point to get to know me. When I decided to purchase a new BMW I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else. My experience was first class all the way, even though there were a few hurdles with my trade in. Ben entrusted me to his sales manager Ken Moerdyk who also went above and beyond to help me. My sales advisor Charlie Lange was exceptional as well. He took the time to explain the process and then spent a lot of time educating me on my new BMW's features. To sum up my experience with these wonderful people... I highly recommend them for your next BMW or Honda purchase. You won't find a better group of people willing to help you as much as they did. I gained not only a new car, but friends along the way! EXPERICE WITH BMW CHAMPAIGN I WENT INTO THIS DEALERSHIP AND AND WAS GREETED BY THE SALES REP KYLE,AFTER I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT I WANTED TO SPEND AND MY REQUIREMENT HE SUGGESTED I WENT INTO THIS DEALERSHIP AND AND WAS GREETED BY THE SALES REP KYLE,AFTER I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT I WANTED TO SPEND AND MY REQUIREMENT HE SUGGESTED ME THE MODEL X5 SERIES AND TOOK ME FOR A TEST DRIVE AND EXPLAINED ALL THE POSSIBLE FEATURES OF THE VEHICLE THEN HE INTRODUCED ME TO HIS SENIOR KEN WHO WAS ALSO INVOLVED DURING THE NEGATION OF THE PRICES AND THEY ACCOMMODATED ME TO EVERY POSSIBLE SAVING POSSIBLE. THE MAIN ISSUE WAS THAT THIS WAS A PRESENT TO MY WIFE AND SHE HAD TO SIGN. ALL THE DOCUMENTS THEY EVEN GAVE ME THE CAR TO COME BACK AND DO THE DOCUMENTATION . THIS WAS THE BEST THING THEY DID FOR ME. Kyle was very knowledgeable on the car and my needs. Offered me a place to sit and got me a coffee and a water as we waited for financing. He even went through the trouble of putting my favorite soccer team on the navigation display because he knew how important they are to me. On the test drive he was very patient and friendly. Knew alot about the car from the mechanical side to the technological even though he's normally a BMW salesmen. He created a wonderfull buying atmosphere. I also worked with Chad. He was very profesional. He worked quickly and diligently to get me on my way. While also makin sure I understook every step through the process Very profesional and also very in tune with his product. Before leaving he showed me how to use my navigation to run updates and such even though again he is a BMW/Honda specialist. This dealership goes above and beyond to make the experience great. I would highly recommend that anyone that needs a BMW or any car for that matter ask for Kyle Ronnfeldt. More
Very pleasant buying experience with Kyle Ronnfeldt I was buying a new X3 and helped by Kyle Ronnfeldt at the dealership. Kyle is very friendly and attentive, very easy to work with. He explained the options for the car and the process of ordering a custom-built one very well. I compared a few dealers in the area, and BMW of Champaign offered the best price initially and was the easiest to work with in price negotiation. Kyle was very helpful and attentive in this process and was willing to compromise on the price negotiation, so it saved me much time as well. It actually took me only two trips to the dealership. I am very happy with the deal, and I would highly recommend Kyle and this dealership to others. More

I traded in my 1997 jeep wrangler, it was in great shape. 110,000. Tiny bit of rust at the windshield joints. Almost brand new rims and tires from a 2011 wrangler unlimited. Cali teal. Scott comes back with his first offer for my jeep and says, now don't laugh at me....wait for it....1500 bucks. I felt insulted...and then came dale. He said it needed like 1500 worth of work...it had its issues. Again I felt insulted. Did I mention it has a new windshield, new radiator, new power steering pump. 800 bucks for the hardtop itself. Anyway cut to the end...Dale came up 1000 bucks and I got 2500 in the end. And now I see my jeep up for 7500 bucks. Jokes on me. #igotdaled Another dealer offered me 5000...I wish I would have bought from the other dealer but this is my story. More

Waste of My Time Impatient, uninformed, and irritable...that's how I would describe salesman Dale M., who managed to convince me that my business would be more appreci Impatient, uninformed, and irritable...that's how I would describe salesman Dale M., who managed to convince me that my business would be more appreciated elsewhere. I came to test drive a reddish sports car listed at approx $22k. It had close to 80k miles, but was a name-worthy brand. I called an hour ahead of time to see if the car was still there and spoke to Dale. When I showed up, Dale didn't know anything about the car. He didn't even know if it had a V8. That made me wonder if he really cared about selling this car; he was joking around with other salesman when I showed up. What a country club I guess. He failed at answering other questions about the car so he did no research. talking to him was a waste of time. I wanted to test drive it, yet he rushed me when I was inspecting the outside of the car for imperfections. he let me test drive it for approximately three miles, which was about half of what I desired because I was a serious buyer having come from out of town. he took me on a busy road that didn't even give me an opportunity to "open up" so as to see what the engine could do. despite Dale's ineptness, I wanted to buy this car. when I got back, I told Dale that I would be coming back with a mechanic I knew to check out the car and that I would make an offer based on that. after all, the car was nearing 80k. that's when Dale got explosive and unprofessional. he told me, in an insulting tone from a customer's point of view, that the price wasn't moving and it was the cheapest car in 150 miles (lol sure liar. you didn't even know the car was a V8). I was confused because I never even asked for money off the sticker price, but with his attitude my interest was completely gone. I retorted that the mileage was "ugly" and that "we'll see" if I come back. I did more research and found a better deal from a salesman who treated me with respect. a week after I bought the car (I spent $26k for the same model with 24k miles plus a year newer), I checked the price of the car Dale was trying to sell me. it was listed for $19,900. Dale cost his company money that day, and I found a better deal. Avoid Dale at all costs! More
Great customer service I recently purchased a new BMW from BMW of Champaign. At first, I very skeptical about purchasing a vehicle form that dealership due to one individua I recently purchased a new BMW from BMW of Champaign. At first, I very skeptical about purchasing a vehicle form that dealership due to one individual that gave my some erroneous information. But, after speaking with other staff I went ahead with my purchase due to their great customer service. I was very happy with the customer service from the owner, the service department staff and sales person that gave me a a detailed overview of the features of my BMW. I recently traveled for several weeks and the service department manager asked me to bring in my BMW so he could check things over before I was going to leave it sitting for several weeks. While my BMW was being checked the owner gave me his car to use so I would not have to wait which I thought was great customer service not only by the service manager, but by the owner. The service manger asked me to bring in my BMW after I returned from my trip so I could check over everything since It had been still for several weeks, which I did and while I was waiting I was provided another vehicle to use and the service was completely free of charge. The sales person that worked with my went over my BMW with me and when I come for a free car wash or anything else is is always approaching me and asking how I like my vehicle and if he can assist me with anything else concerning my BMW. At this time, I am planning on buying another BMW in the future and would recommend a trip to their location if your are interested in purchasing a BMW, due to their great customer service. More
