I've been to other dealerships and looked at several other vehicles but couldn't get together. As it turned out, we not only got a better vehicle, we also got a much better deal. I'm very happy with our Chevy Tahoe. Mark did a great job. I was very happy with price of the Tahoe, and trade-in value of my old Chevy Tahoe. More

I recently purchased a 20 I want to take a moment to say Thank You to Phil Watts in the services department at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet Willoughby, Ohio. I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Equinox and it was time for the routine maintenance on my vehicle. I arrived late due to heavy traffic, however Phil was very pleasant and took me right a way. He asked how did I like my new car,( since this is my 4th Equinox). Three of which were purchased from Pat O'Brien Willoughby. A 2005, 2008, 2011, and now a 2016. All service was done at this location. I told him that I had a little buyers remorse. Phil seem very concern when I told him this. I explained that I was just use to my old truck and that the newer vehicle was just going to take a little getting use to. Once my service was completed Phil went over my invoice and then said it was No Change!!! He explained that it was part of my Chevy 2yr. Schedule Maintenance Program. This the reason I continue to do business with Pat O'Brien Willoughby. I trust Phil Watts! More

I'm taking it home?! I came to the dealership to decide if I should buy out my lease on a 2013 Malibu. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. As we talked, it seemed a bette I came to the dealership to decide if I should buy out my lease on a 2013 Malibu. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. As we talked, it seemed a better idea to lease a 2016 model. When I found out there was a Crystal Red Malibu available I knew what I was taking home. Unfortunately there was a glitch in the paperwork that I needed to clear up. After about a week I was invited to come in and finish up the paperwork, even though I was still waiting for replacement certificates. When I arrived I found out we could work around the glitch and I could take the car home that night! I've only had a the car for about a week and I love it. I'm still learning all the bells and whistles and enjoying every minute. More
