Service Sucks!!!!! This is the worst dealership ever! The rude disrespectful people in the service center need to be ashamed of themselves. No people skills whatsoever. We took our Equinox in to be looked at was told it would be $95 (no problem) we have a warranty but apparently they don't have a contract with this company. I was told that if the warranty company does not pay for the vehicle repairs (if they are covered) we would have to pay before we leave and deal with the company to get our money back because they need to be paid. Ok the tone that this ridiculous man (and I use that word loosely) took with me was very degrading. I will never ever take my vehicle to this dealership again. My husband took the vehicle and the man got smart with him when he was leaving. Really?!?! Shame on you Pat O'Brien! Your dealership sucks!!!!! More
