Brought vehicle in for Oil Change ONLY (A LA Cart). I requested that no other service be performed (tire rotation, etc.) I was charged for the entire service package. Service writer should have informed requested that no other service be performed (tire rotation, etc.) I was charged for the entire service package. Service writer should have informed me when I requested an A LA CART oil change, that I would be charged full package price regardless of if I had an A la cart oil change or not. I was not told this until vehicle was picked up and had to pay for the full package price ($80+) but never received any of the other services. If they strive for superior customer service, they should have discounted the oil change by $20 which is the price I was quoted for a tire rotation. More
