Brought vehicle in for Oil Change ONLY (A LA Cart). I requested that no other service be performed (tire rotation, etc.) I was charged for the entire service package. Service writer should have informed requested that no other service be performed (tire rotation, etc.) I was charged for the entire service package. Service writer should have informed me when I requested an A LA CART oil change, that I would be charged full package price regardless of if I had an A la cart oil change or not. I was not told this until vehicle was picked up and had to pay for the full package price ($80+) but never received any of the other services. If they strive for superior customer service, they should have discounted the oil change by $20 which is the price I was quoted for a tire rotation. More

Dropped my vehicle off for warranty work, replacing the shade on the rear moonroof. Dropped it off on a Friday at 9:00 a.m. they asked if I needed it back by a specific time, I just needed it back by the shade on the rear moonroof. Dropped it off on a Friday at 9:00 a.m. they asked if I needed it back by a specific time, I just needed it back by the end of the day. Got a call around 1:00 p.m. saying that my care won’t be done until Monday, witch was not acceptable, since they told me they had no loaner car for me! Got a call back at 3:00, letting me know they just had loaner car returned and I can pick it up anytime, got there around 4:30, then I had to wait 25 minutes for the service man to return from the gas station with it! You would think they would have done that right when it was brought back before I came fore it! I hope it was sanitized, I’m doubtful that it was!!!! When my lease is up, I will be returning it and going back to a Ford! I still don’t know why it took them r days to fix this issue! More
