Service above and beyond! I was on vacation and my truck was tampered with - attempt to take catalytic converter (failed). I called and the service tech coached me through wha I was on vacation and my truck was tampered with - attempt to take catalytic converter (failed). I called and the service tech coached me through what to look for to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive. Since there wasn't a dealership close to me that was open on a Saturday, the tech made me feel comfortable to drive safely. Once in the shop, the issue was resolved quickly and fairly.
