It was unpatchable and so I had to get a new tire at full price. that was my only disappointment- they did not offer any discount or loyalty amount. Otherwise the service and staff were great! More

H The staff at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet in Willoughby Hills was courteous and helpful. I was looking for a Chevy Colorado and Mario Pece was my salesman. He took the time to show me all the different options I could get with a Colorado. He didn’t try to rush or pressure me into anything. He helped me pick out the right truck to suit my needs. Alan Suhy did my financing and he helped me pick out the right payment terms and told me of other plans I could get for extended warranty, maintenance (etc.), but he didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing anything I couldn’t afford. He let me make my own choices. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend anyone to pay a visit to Pat O’Brien. More

Avoid Service Here I purchased a new 2016 Chevy Silverado from Pat O'Brien Chevy in Willoughby Hills back in October of 2016. My sales person was outstanding, and I could not have asked more of him. He even stepped in later and had the service department return my phone calls which they had left unanswered but, more on that later. Approximately three months after my purchase I took the truck to have the oil changed. While I was there, I informed the technician that I was feeling a vibration when traveling at highway speeds of 60-75mph. His diagnosis was that the tires were entirely out of balance. He went on to tell me how much it would cost to have the tires balanced. I argued that I should not have to pay to have the tires balanced on a vehicle I just purchased but it fell on deaf ears. The worst part was that when I left the garage, the vibration was still there. I called and asked for the service manager but ended up leaving a voicemail for him. Another employee (not the manager) called back after a few days, and I scheduled yet another appointment. When I dropped off the truck, I asked about a getting a rental until this could be fixed. I was told, "we don't do that." So I was forced to have someone take me to and from work for the next couple of days until they called to say that they had fixed the problem. This time the service staff said that it was a faulty left front tire. They replaced at no cost to me. Unfortunately, once again as I drove home, I still had the same vibration. Moving on to my third service visit in June 2017, the service department took my truck (again no rental car for me), and after four days, I had to call to check on the status of my truck. I was informed that they had diagnosed the problem as the front prop shaft. Initially, they were waiting for the part to come in. After a week I went back to Pat Obrien's to find out what was happening with my truck and was told that they had received the wrong part and they were now waiting for a new part to come in. So I took my truck back and told them to call me when the part comes in. After a few days, the part was finally here and I returned my truck to Pat Obrien's Service. This time I was offered and accepted a rental car. I'm not sure what changed since I was originally denied a rental, but moving on. So after the front prop shaft was replaced and I once again was told by service employees "yep that fixed the problem" I drove home only to find that the vibration problem was still there. I placed another call to the service manager, and again I was dumped into his voicemail. No return call. Absolutely pathetic service manager. My recommendation is to avoid Pat Obrien's Willoughby store. Their service department will only disappoint and frustrate you. After nearly two years now my $55,000 truck is still not fixed. More
