I’m disappointed with my service today. Appointment at 730 when I scheduled the appointment I asked how long will it take because I had to be at work at 10am they told me an hour and then when I arrived j 730 when I scheduled the appointment I asked how long will it take because I had to be at work at 10am they told me an hour and then when I arrived just to make sure I asked again will it’ll be an hour they stated yes it’ll take an hour. I’m not mad at the service or anything I’m mad at bad communication. On the phone he stated it’ll be 275 with Tax ! Then got told 280 ! I missed work because I didn’t get done until 4 hours later !!! I’m so mad about this no discount was given no apologies and the manager didn’t even come talk to me about my issue but it’s ok I just won’t be back again . More

Early Annual Service Visit Having received an email alert that my oil was low, I called to inquire how far I could drive before bringing the car in. Brendan's (spelling?) answer caused me to schedule a few days later to bring in the car 2 months earlier than normal. My appointment also was with him. I arrived early, and was admitted without delay. The oil was changed and all else was checked, the car washed and I was on my way a short time later. Thank you to Brendan and others on the team for making my experience so pleasant. More

Their service department is a joke! I brought my 1998 Corvette Pace Car in for routine maintenance on July 15, 2019, while I was also shopping for a new SUV. They discovered it needed a I brought my 1998 Corvette Pace Car in for routine maintenance on July 15, 2019, while I was also shopping for a new SUV. They discovered it needed a part for the Anti Lock Break Module . The part that was needed is no longer made. Rather then Pat O' Brien using their resources to find a part, they had me do all the leg work and running around. I was able to locate a part, but the part arrived and did not work. I immediately came into the dealership and had a meeting with the general manager and staff to let them know how frustrated I was with them. They were very apologetic and assured me they would find the part, and have the car back to me in no time. In summary, they could not locate the part, they did the routine maintenance, which included changing filters, fluids, AC refrigerant, and brakes. My collector car with 27,000 original miles, sat outside in their parking lot until August 14, 2019, which is a month later. (This car has never been left outside in the 21 years I have owned it!) The bill came to $2,250.42 (which did not include the $2,000.00 part that they could not locate), I was floored, but needed to get my car back. When I got to my car, it was FILTHY, they didn't even take the time to wash it, they did not have the inside protected with any mats or coverings, and it did not start, it had a dead battery. No one apologized for the condition that my beautiful collector car was in when I picked it up. No one apologized for the fact that my car ( after paying $2,250.42 had a dead battery.) I took this car to Jay Chevy/Buick on Rockside Road. They were appalled at how I was treated. They assured me that they have the resources to find the part. They could not believe the unprofessionalism of the Pat O'Brien dealership, especially when dealing with a rare collector car. This car was built in 1998 and there were only 1100 models made. You would have thought that they would have taken a little bit better care of it while in their possession. Finally, I would like to add that my initial reason for going to Pat O'Brien was for a new SUV, as my current lease was expiring shortly. They could not put a deal together with me in the entire month that my car was in for service. They said they could not find a car that met my requirements. When I went to Jay Chevy/ Buick, they put a deal together in less then an hour. Jay Chevy/ Buick is very happy to have me as a customer, and I am very happy to have Pat O'Brien behind me. I gave them 1 star because they don't offer a 0 star rating! More
