I have had an issue with my Equinox for almost a year. There has been this scraping noise front passenger side, every time I've taken it in no one has heard this noise. Well yesterday the noise was back only louder, I thought the front was going to break or something. When I got there, after a short wait, Carlee hesitantly wrote up an invoice to have my vehicle road tested. John took the vehicle for a short test drive and this time the noise was heard, whew! John thoroughly cleaned everything he believed could have caused the noise and drove it again. Thanks to all his efforts...THE NOISE IS GONE! I imagined beforehand the axial breaking or a wheel flying off while on the freeway. But those fears are gone. Thank you Carlee for seeing my frustration and John for the repairs. More

it was fine, service was quick even though it was crowded. They gave me an appointment even though I called kind of last minute. problem with voice phone was not fixed. I bought the car one week before taking it in because myself, my daughter who owns a Traverse Redline, and another woman from the dealership could not I bought the car one week before taking it in because myself, my daughter who owns a Traverse Redline, and another woman from the dealership could not get the phone activation phone to work with 3 different phones. I took it in to get it fixed and was sent home without it being fixed. I will now take it to Classic Chevy since this is warranty work and they are 1.7 miles from my house. More
