My overall experience was not very good. Since Chevy recommend that I take my Malibu for service at a dealership, I took it to Serpentini. The mechanic charged me $502, just to diagnose the issue, befor recommend that I take my Malibu for service at a dealership, I took it to Serpentini. The mechanic charged me $502, just to diagnose the issue, before he said that my overall repair is $2500! Then, I decided that it would be worth my while to look at trading it in. I'm not going to hold it against them what is going on with chip shortages, and how much cars cost in general, but my sales experience wasn't that great either. I was taken care of by two salesmen, one of whom seemed to care more about his chimney, than anything. The other guy offered me a very low amount for my vehicle, so I left. I paid off my $502 'repair' fees and took my car somewhere else! I would not advise going here, unless you have a lot of disposable income, and/or like being low balled. I give 2 stars because they were professional and pretty clean. More
