I’ve been going there to get oil changes before it switched over to Serpentini and have always been satisfied until recently. Usually a oil change would take 45 minutes at the most. This time, they ha switched over to Serpentini and have always been satisfied until recently. Usually a oil change would take 45 minutes at the most. This time, they had my car for about 2.5 hours and I wasn’t notified if my car was done. I called and they said it would in 15 minutes. I arrive after 25 minutes and my car is still not done. I am disappointed in the service. It has never taken that long. I question if I want to return because how long it took. An oil change should NEVER take almost 3 hours to complete! More
