While I was happy with the service, I was greatly disturbed by comments that I heard from Art, one of the salespeople, while waiting in the waiting area. He came out to make sure everyone was okay, then he began talking to a military serviceman, thanking him for his service, which was great. However, I quickly became annoyed when he told him that he appreciated what he does, "not like all this xxxxxxxx going on with law enforcement, no one appreciates anything anymore." That's a sensitive issue that speaks to our racial divide and it's not "xxxxxxxx" it's a serious issue. Maybe some of us don't "appreciate" the way people of color are treated by some members of law enforcement. Additionally, there was a waiting room full of African Americans. His comment was offensive and rude and he had no business using that language or discussing that political issue loudly at his place of employment. After years of having a relationship with this dealership and service garage, I will not be back. More

I could not make that appt because my car was in repair for 5wks after I got rear-ended. I was able to tape it back on in the mean time. I made another appt to have it repaired and by then it was Serpentine Chevrolet. I was surprised when I had to pay $199. to have it repaired. I feel it should have been covered on the warranty. More
