They are giving me the run around and wasting my valuable time. My car is eligible for the repairs for excessive oil consumption. It is even coding as such and has for the past 2 years!!They insulted me by a time. My car is eligible for the repairs for excessive oil consumption. It is even coding as such and has for the past 2 years!!They insulted me by assuming and acting like I don’t know how to check my own oil! They are making me wait another 1000 miles and more time off work to bring it back yet again! This is a sham! This is why I I don’t bring my car to you regularly and sought out my own mechanic! Prices are too high, wait times are too long and your employees treated me like I was just a “stupid female” once this problem is resolved ( because I have to go to a Chevy dealership to resolve it) I will NOT be back!!!! Oh and I was told your customer experience monitor would be calling me that day (Monday) and guess what ?! No call yet!! More

The dealership is nice and clean. The waiting room is spacious and allows for social distancing. Many staff were seen wearing their masks improperly. I waited particularly long this time for a routine oi spacious and allows for social distancing. Many staff were seen wearing their masks improperly. Horrible service! The man that was taking care of mother and I didn't go over paperwork with us. He even told us he didn't look at the paperwork which is his job to do so!
