Dropped a Company truck off for appointment on Friday, to be done on Saturday and they did nothing. Said they needed authorization to check the brakes and couldn't get in touch with us! Worst experience since purchasing my vehicle from there when it was Pat O'Brien. had 2pm appointment (dropped truck off hour to 2hours before) was not called til 4:30pm for an oil change. No one greeted me when it was Pat O'Brien. had 2pm appointment (dropped truck off hour to 2hours before) was not called til 4:30pm for an oil change. No one greeted me I had to someone and ask for assitance. Based on numerous phone calls at home that the dealership want to make a deal on my truck I asked the person for an appraisal. He said the person tried to call me several times on my cell phone but that was a lie. Lastly, I told the person I had a discount coupon for the oil change (I made the mistake in thinking it was from Serpentini but it wasn't). The sales agent said no problem we will honor that here. When I got to the cashier there was no discount applied. I went back to the person I had been speaking to but he said he changed his mind. I will never go back to this dealership again. I have had all my service done at this location except for 1 time and now this is the last time. More
