The service-oil change with an appointment took WAY too long! I waited for 2 hours, had to go to service department to have them "finish" my car. It was comped due to the long wait. If you are smart, you would not go to Serpentini Chevrolet in Willoughby Hills. If you have a trade in, they will try to rob you blind. I went to KBB on my 2017 Chevy Cruze LT and it says my car Chevrolet in Willoughby Hills. If you have a trade in, they will try to rob you blind. I went to KBB on my 2017 Chevy Cruze LT and it says my car should be traded in for between $13,500 and $15,500. I went to Classic Chevrolet and they offered me $14,000 for my trade on a new Traverse, very resonable. I went to Ganley Chevrolet in Aurora and they offered me about $13,000 for my trade towards the same type of Traverse. I went to Serpentini looking for a Treverse Premier and they insulted me with a trade value of $7520. If you go to Serpentini be prepared with the value of your car. When they came back with that offer, I walked right out the door. The sales manager tried to catch me but I told him that he completely insulted me and I have nothing to talk to him about. Serpentini is a bunch of thiefs. Beware. More

We had an appointment set for 8:30am and by 5:30pm we still had not heard any updates. When I called to check on vehicle they had just taken it back!!! I found this very unprofessional as you all had my car ALL day. Finally, when he called back to give price he basically rushed me and was like I can do it now or you can bring back tomorrow. The price was for over $1000 in services. I told him no and picked up vehicle. He said they were busy, which I understand but a phone call with an update would be appreciative. However, I took my business elsewhere! Thank you! More
