Had a scheduled service appointment. waited for two and a half hours after the appointed time. No communication from the service dept. I finally checked with them and was told that they would start on my car half hours after the appointed time. No communication from the service dept. I finally checked with them and was told that they would start on my car right away. Five minutes I received a message that my son was in the hospital so I went back to the service department to see if they could expedite the work on my car and was told that there was still one car ahead of me. I had to ask for my car back and leave with no service. Absolutely deplorable service. I doubt that I will ever use this dealership again. More
